Are your products suitable for children?

NO! Our products are designed primarily for doll crafters and collectors and may contain small parts that are not suitable for children due to choking hazards. Only suitable for adult.

How do I place an order on your website?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, select the items you want, choose any options (like size or color), and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready to check out, just go to your cart and follow the checkout instructions.

How can I find the right size for my doll?

Each product description includes size information to help you choose the perfect fit for your doll. Please feel free to contact us if you don't know how to choose.

What materials are used in your doll clothes and accessories?

We use good-quality materials such as cotton, wool, and various durable fabrics for doll clothes, as well as safe and non-toxic materials for accessories and parts.

Can I request custom or personalized items?

Sorry that we don't support custom nor personalized items now.

Shipping & Track

How long is order processing time?

Please be aware that processing your order may take 1 to 3 days. This process includes verifying your order, preparing and packaging. Once complete these steps, we will ship your order immediately, you will get one email containing the tracking information for your order.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Generally, it usually takes apx 3 weeks to US and most European countries, while other countries orders may take 3-4 weeks if choose regular shipping. Buyer can upgrade to express shipping if your order is urgent. Express shipping takes apx 4-8 business days after shipping. We’ll provide a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s progress.

How to upgrade to Express shipping?

Buyer can choose Express shipping when checking out, express shipping is much more expensive than regular shipping. Or you can contact us after placing order, we will advise how to upgrade to express shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the destination. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout. Now we have promotion, the order will be free shipping (regular shipping) if over $9 (Not including shipping cost nor tax).

How do I obtain my tracking number?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you haven't received this email, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're always here to assist you!

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to check the status of your delivery anytime.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Yes, we provide gift wrapping and special packaging options for an additional fee. Just select the gift wrapping option at checkout, and we’ll make sure your order arrives beautifully wrapped!

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t already shipped. But order can only be cancelled within 24 hours after making the payment.

We’re sorry for any issues with your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, along with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.

While we strive to deliver your orders within the specified standard shipping timeframe, there may be rare occasions when unforeseen delays beyond our control, particularly customs-related issues, lead to extended delivery times. We kindly request your patience and understanding if you encounter such circumstances.
